The Apartment

No 3 Dias apartments, is a new two bedroomed apartment for the 2007 season which can accommodate up to five people. It is on the ground floor of a stunning modern complex of just 22 properties, characterised by arches, stairways, and colourful exteriors. The apartment is double-glazed throughout, and benefits from split air conditioning units in both bedrooms and living area. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and there is a wall-safe provided for the use of guests.

It is located between the rather quaint old town of Paralimni, with its lovely town square and fountains, and Kapparis which is only just starting to be developed. It is within easy reach of all amenities including restaurants, supermarkets, bars, 24 hr bakery, bus stop - all within a 10 minute walk. The nearest beach is a 15-20 min walk away, or only 3 minutes by car. The lively resorts of Protaras (10 mins by car) and Ayia Napa (15 mins by car) are also easily accessible by bus and taxi.

The property is fully air-conditioned and has a large patio to the front, bordered by flowers and citrus trees, with patio furniture, ideal for al-fresco dining. Loungers are provided for use by the pool. The owners have provided a portfolio of information all about the apartment and local area, together with maps, and recommendations on what to do and where to go during your holiday.
