How to book the Dias Holiday Apartment
Booking the apartment is very simple. Just follow these quick steps and your holiday is
secured.
Step 1 Read the conditions below to ensure that the property is suitable for your needs.
• 25% non-refundable deposit payable to secure booking
• Balance payable 8 weeks prior to commencement of booking
• Breakages deposit of £100 payable when paying the balance (refundable)
• No pets
• No smoking except on verandah
• Not suitable for wheelchairs
• The property will be made available from 4pm on the day of arrival and tenants are
required to vacate by 10am on the day of departure
Step 2 Check the availability. If the Availability Calendar says 'unknown' for the dates you
require this is probably because someone else has requested these dates but has not yet
confirmed. If these are the only dates suitable to you send us a message from the Enquiries
page then you will be the first to know if these dates do become available.
Step 3 Click Booking Form and save this document to your computer. Complete the form
and email it back to us. We will then email you an invoice (see below). Your booking will be
held for 5 working days to allow you time to make the deposit payment (full payment is
required if booking less than 8 weeks in advance). During this period your dates will appear
on the Availability Calendar as 'unknown'
Step 4 Payment is required in British Pounds. If booking more than 8 weeks in advance
you will be emailed 2 invoices, one for the deposit and one for the balance. You can pay by
Direct Credit Transfer or by a cheque drawn on a UK bank. Details of these payment
methods are on the invoice.
Please note:
Your booking is not secured until the deposit is received and cleared.
Details for receiving the keys will not be issued until full payment has be received and
cleared.
